Faith in God’s Word, Past & Present, Produces Healing

Psalm 107:20 – He sent His word and healed them, And delivered them from their destructions (NKJV).

 

  1. What has God said in the past?
  2. “I am the LORD who heals you” – Exodus 15:26.
  3. “Your days shall be 120 years” – Genesis 6:3.
  4. “I will take sickness away from the midst of you and I will fulfill the number of your days” – Exodus 23:25,26.
  5. “My words are life and health.”

Proverbs 4:20-23
20 My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings.

21 Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart;

22 For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh.

23 Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life (NKJV).

 

  1. What has Jesus said in the past?
  2. “I heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease” – Matthew 4:23.
  3. “I am moved with compassion for the sick and I heal them” – Matthew 14:14.
  4. “I have come that you may have life, and that you may have it more abundantly”
    – John 10:10.
  5. “I am both able and willing to heal you.”

Matthew 8:1-3
1 When He had come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed Him.

2 And behold, a leper came and worshiped Him, saying, “Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.”

3 Then Jesus put out His hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing; be cleansed.” Immediately his leprosy was cleansed (NKJV).

 

  1. What is Jesus saying today?
  2. “Pray for one another and I will heal you” – James 5:16.
  3. “The law of the Spirit of life in Me, has set you free from the law of sin and death” – Romans 8:2.
  4. “Sickness is satanic bondage and you ought to be loosed today” – Luke 13:16;
    2 Corinthians 6:2.
  5. “I give you authority over all evil.”

Luke 10:19 – “Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you” (NKJV).
