All the Healing We Need Is in the Grace of God
- ALL!
2 Corinthians 9:8 – And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work (NKJV).
- All grace
- All of God’s blessings are in His grace.
- Abounding grace is abundant grace.
- All ways
- A compound word meaning every way and all the time.
- All sufficiency
- From the realm of the spirit (where there is an inexhaustible supply) to the natural realm where we live.
- In all things
- Not just finances: all things
- Peace and harmony in the home, business, church, friendships
- Healing and health for your body
- Guidance and direction for your assignment
- Abundance for every good work
- Good works that you want to sow into
- Good works that you are called to do
- We stand in grace and rejoice in hope.
Romans 5:1,2
1 Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,
2 through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God (NKJV).
- Justified. We have been made just; we have been declared righteous by the judge.
- We have peace with the Father because of the Son.
- We access the grace by faith
- Our only work is to believe.
John 6:29 – Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent” (NKJV).
- Now we can stand and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
- The disciples believed when they saw the manifestation of Jesus’ glory.
John 2:11 – This beginning of signs Jesus did in Cana of Galilee, and manifested His glory; and His disciples believed in Him (NKJV).
- It was a super-abundant supply.
John 2:6 – Now there were set there six waterpots of stone, according to the manner of purification of the Jews, containing twenty or thirty gallons apiece (NKJV).
- That’s 120 to 180 gallons! That’s a lot of wine!
- Faith should be established in the power of God, not the wisdom of men.
1 Corinthians 2:4,5
4 And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power,
5 that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God (NKJV).
