Living the Radically Saved and Healed Life
- In God and in Christ we live and move and have our life (being, existence).
Acts 17:28a – for in Him we live and move and have our being (NKJV).
- We can be useful to the Lord if we are consumed with and in Him.
Philippians 1:21-24
21 For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain.
22 But if I live on in the flesh, this will mean fruit from my labor; yet what I shall choose I cannot tell.
23 For I am hard pressed between the two, having a desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better.
24 Nevertheless to remain in the flesh is more needful for you (NKJV).
- God has given us the place of authority in life, seated with Christ.
Ephesians 1:19-23
19 and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power
20 which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places,
21 far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come.
22 And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church,
23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all (NKJV).
Ephesians 2:6,7
6 and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,
7 that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus (NKJV).
- Always be conscious that your life is now in Christ, located in the place of ruling and reigning.
Colossians 3:1-4
3:1 If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God.
2 Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.
3 For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.
4 When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory (NKJV).
